I wish one of my patients that keeps insisting on asking for sex, being inappropriate sexually and trying to touch me as well as my coworkers would be moved out of my unit or building because the nursing director doesn’t care about how he treats us and is only in the situation with this male patient for the money. I keep reporting him every time he is inappropriate and his doctor gets on him but no one else does. I’m a molestation and rape survivor and no one here in this particular small town understands what that feels like when that nasty old man treats us, especially me like he does. He actually thinks we are there to have sex with him and he acts like this in front of his wife who also lives there! I wish his family would get him out of there so our job would be a lot better!!! The nursing staff just blames it on dementia but I have seen him leave me alone and not be inappropriate for weeks but as soon as I report it and his doctor finds out, he stops for a short time. I’m so tired of it. I wish him and his there are no consequences life were gone or never came to the nursing home in the first place!!! Thank you Jesus for helping me and for hearing me when no one else does.
